CEO escalations, and was afforded a direct pathway to Telstra Continuity workforce and technician dispatch.I reduced Aged HFC-L incidents from 41% (154 of 380 open incidents, oldest 100 days) to 26% (58 of 225 open incidents, 40days old) over 8 months, and drove down CEO-to-CEO escalations from 14 per month to 0 by robust networking and sight seeing, hiring my weakness, and ally-building in service delivery partners.
