As a Squad Leader assigned to Cruzeiro do Sul, my role is to lead the development team in adopting the Scrum methodology to manage educational projects. My activities include facilitating daily meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and releases planning, as well as identifying and removing obstacles that may be hindering the team's progress.
