• 8 + years’ experience configuring and delivering Dynamics 365 implementations • Provide timely and professional level 3 support on Dynamics 365, Office 365 and Azure AD, also troubleshoot errors across our proprietary health and social case management systems, namely, Whānau Tahi Navigator, NZePS, Socrates and Connected Care • Manage Dynamics instances through Power Platform with a strong focus on cloud flows and Power Automate• Implement SSO and MFA (Multifactor Authentication) with Azure AD to secure and manage apps• Use Intune to remediate vulnerabilities identified by Microsoft Defender for Endpoint• Work closely with our customers and internal development team using Agile methodology, Azure DevOps and Jira to bridge any gaps identified along the way• Drive decision making using Power BI dashboards• Lead out a range of training on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform• Experience with SQL
