Flávia Venturini is an Executive Assistant at AXA since March 2023. In 2005, she graduated in Biological Sciences, and worked in administrative roles for 5 years before moving to Wales. During her time abroad, she studied Agroforestry and was granted a scholarship from World Agroforestry Centre (ICRAF) and spent 3 months in Ethiopia and Kenya doing social research with coffee farmers and her results were eventually published.After returning to Brazil, she acted as an ESL teacher for two years before assisting executives. She assisted the Ocupational Medicine department in BASF, the Consul General of Turkey in Brazil and the executive team at Auto Avaliar. In 2020 she graduated as an Translator and Interpreter for Portuguese and English.Flávia considers herself a problem solver and is very calm and patient even when things are hectic. She has a daughter named Iris. During her free time she enjoys watching movies, series, reading books and spending time in the park with her family.
