• Reference person for requests of magnetic simulations on Proton Synchrotron (PS) main magnets. • Validation of PS main magnets FEM 3D model with measurements. • Study of the exploitation of the auxiliary circuits of the PS main magnets to adjust the tune working point at injection. • Simulation framework: magnetic field convergence, multipoles symmetries, polarity check, hysteresis and dynamic effect of the magnetic field. • Proposal of a new multipolar representation of PS main magnets. • Production follow-up of ELENA solenoids and their certification. • Compensation of eddy currents induced in the PS vacuum chambers during ramping of the magnetic field: review of the old method, brought to use again, and development of a new one to be used with future vacuum chambers.
