✓ Founded, together with a team of 10, “PYC” a youth cultural centre with 2000 members ✓ Managed a group of 20 volunteers, discussed in team findings, performed assessment activities to inform about projects achievements and lessons learned- Drafted EU-funded project proposals for the mobility of young people (KA1) dealing with submissions, examining status of project and outputs, determining gaps to be bridged and identifying alternatives and solutions- Drafted IT project proposals for the development of a ridesharing mobile App (Horizon 2020, FIWARE), performed market analysis and prepared a ridesharing project’s business plan - Developed project activities for youths by facilitating workshops, designing questionnaires, and supervising recreational activities - Liaised with local stakeholders to improve knowledge-sharing, build collaborations and partnerships- Discussed in team findings, performed assessment activities in order to distribute information regarding projects achievements, good practices and lessons learned - Collaborated with the communication department on the development of marketing materials such as invitation letters, flyers, and electronic campaigns promoting our initiatives. Facilitated marketing campaigns by writing, editing, and proofreading new content. Contributed to the project’s blog
