As ESG & CSR officer I'm responsible for:- analyse, develop and implement the ESG strategy- keep up to date on ESG trends, market developments, industry and legislative standards- manage and work on advisory projects linked to ESG risks- manage and contribute to ESG risk assessment and to client evaluation- improve and optimize CSR strategy, Foundations strategy and their programs

During the intership I was responsible for: - Set up, implementation, monitoring and optimization of the social media strategy- Development of relevant content topics for external and internal channels- Creation and management of "offline" contents about ESG, CSR and sustainability- Management, development and expansion of the social community- Design, creation and management of promotions and Social Ad campaign- Adv landing pages management (Investimenti Socialmente Responsabili; policy pages)Customer care activities and support;Daily contacts with the internal and external stakeholders (agencies; partner)
