- Execution of non-ferrous metals concentrates contracts- Documentary review in control of contracts, invoices, supervisions, umpires, weight, assays certificates, LC’s, BL’s.- Working with various banking institutions to insure financing for payment to supplier, acquiring Bill of Lading, preparing documents for buyer to receive payment through Letter of Credit or Wire Transfer. - Joint work with shipping lines, custom and logistic agents to negotiate freights and organize shipments depending on the quantity and destinations.- Monitoring and nomination of surveyors for supervision or analysis at origin and destination.- Arrange price hedge and declare it to the hedging committee. - Monitoring the P&L during all the steps of the shipment, comparing numbers to the initial margins sheets, proposing solutions to increase gain, arranging assay exchanges and umpires between supplier and receiver for finalization.- Risk analysis of shipments: knowing impact of assay variations, prices and moisture content, communicating with traders about new findings that could impact the profit, suggesting solutions to limit risks for future contracts.
