With over 15 years of experience working in well know and Top Tier law firms and companies, I have strong technical background as a detail-oriented legal counsel in different areas including Contracts, Intellectual Property, Litigation, Arbitration, Administrative Processes, Regulatory, Compliance, Legal Consulting, Internal and External Audits, M&A, Corporate, among others.Over the years I have developed a strong theoretical and practical knowledge on procedures related to trademarks, patents, industrial design, copyright, contracts, and litigation in general, while working in Intellectual Property specialized Law Offices. In the corporate context, I have worked in companies in the Segment of Electric Energy and Oil and Gas, which allowed me to experience diverse challenges with legal issues, counseling and dealing with corporate and technical areas, giving me a broad view on the core business while working with the management and executive personnel of the companies.In recent years, I have dedicated myself to motherhood while acting as a legal counsel to small and medium companies on the administration of legal business cases, Contract drafts and analysis, trademark matters, general legal advices on various corporate topics, litigation monitoring on consumer and civil actions and extrajudicial negotiations.As a next step I am ready to start a new phase to consolidate my corporate career acting as a legal counsel in a strong company.My native language is Portuguese and I am fluent in English.
