Senior lawyer with broad international experience, lived in England for 10 years, where completed a LLM (Master of Law) in International Commercial Law at the University of Sussex. Upon arriving in Brazil, completed a postgraduate course in Intellectual Property and New Businesses at Fundação Getúlio Vargas - SP and also completed a course in Data Protection at Data Privacy Brasil.Arrived back in Brazil and worked in a team of litigation lawyers of a large law firm, which provided specialised legal services to one of the big five largest technology companies, dealing with cases related to digital law and Intellectual Property.During the past years, worked as an in-house senior lawyer in companies, such as, one of the largest Brazilian television stations, a multi-brand hub company which manage well known brands from the fashion industry in Brazil and a multinational company for healthcare technology solutions. Worked in leading projects, as a generalist lawyer, in different areas of these companies.Currently, is the founder and partner of Flávia Lizardo Advocacia law firm, which provides legal services to several national and international companies, from different sectors, in particular, technology and games companies, not for profit organisations and content producers, in a broad manner, covering claims related to contractual law, litigation, labor law, business law, intellectual property, data protection, among other areas.In addition, works as a legal consultant for Liliane Leite Advocacia law firm, a boutique firm, which provides legal services to several international clients, focusing in areas such as Intellectual Property, contracts and Data Protection.At the moment, I am seeking for an in house position, as a generalist council, in a position that gives me the opportunity to lead a team and to work together with other areas of the company, in order to contribute for the company goals, in a company that values diversity, equity and inclusion.
