I’m passionate about culture, digital entertainment, technology, backstage and people. And I believe in creating fertile framework structures and environments where teams can develop their ideas and talents, ultimately shipping high-quality content products aligned with consumer interests.Currently, I serve as Operations at Webcore Games. Previously, I've held roles as Producer, Project Manager and Executive Producer at various digital entertainment companies. At Warner Bros Discovery Latam, I was Supervising Producer of the Original Productions team, overseeing editorial content from development to live-ops. At Boutique Filmes, I managed all organizational aspects of the art and animation department. Additionally, I coordinated IPs development, publishing and distribution deals at Caos. I raised funds for "Oswaldo" (Cartoon Network) at Birdo Filmes, I was head of account of the 2016 Olympic Games Mascots creation, and served as executive assistant producer for the children's content division at Mixer FIlmes. Earlier in my career, I worked as a production assistant for commercial shootings, coordinated stop-motion animation workshops at a summer camp, and was the personal assistant of the director Cao Hamburger.Growing up in a summer camp immersed me in a vibrant community and instilled a love for games. I actually lived there and had access to its behind-the-scenes operations. I was fortunate to have the chance to expand my horizons by engaging in several multicultural experiences through international exchange student programs (UK, Australia, Argentina). Back in Brazil, while studying Social Communication at the university, I landed my first job and have been working in the field for the last eighteen years. My love for learning new things has led me to graduate from two specialization courses (in business and digital entertainment production). And recently I have enrolled in a third one, in data science.
