Works involved the following projects;Grand Zone MOQ - Phase 2A Mall of Qatar – Present Ministry of Education and Higher Education Al Shaqab Equestrian Academy Project, Education City QF. BP 1G-1A TMA Building Admin Project, Education City QF BP# 6C- Shopping Centre and Clubhouse, Education City QF Texas A&M University Engineering Building Project, Education City QF Education City Staff Housing Project, Education City QF• Review contract documents in various phases for design intent, material use and overall design plan intent• Inspect site works during and after completion of construction activities• Verify the compatibility of the works with the designed works and check for deficiencies or discrepancies• Photograph and document the condition of any works not in conformance with the specifications and report to the Senior Architect and Project Manager.• Review materials delivered to site for conformance with the approved material submittals and samples.• Inspect the ongoing construction works to ensure compliance with contract documents and approved shop drawings and submittal.• Assist Planning manager in relation to progress activities on site.• Assist Senior Architect and Project Manager in relation to the project requirements• Coordinate with KEO Engineers for daily activities on site works• Observe site safety practices and report to Safety Officer for any safety concerns

10 Story National Kidney Foundation HQ SMC Semicon Cleanroom Building Texas Instrument Semicon – Philippines 5 Blocks 10-Story Condominium• Responsible for design implementation of quality control procedure includes development of ITP and checklist. • Conduct site mock-up inspection ensuring that all related disciplines conform to the construction drawings and specification. • Prepare request of information to the consultants if there are discrepancy on every drawing discipline. • Coordinate with other discipline to smooth progress of work activities can be attained. • Ensure that all relevant documents were updated and in the place of used and as well as the resources needed to carry out the work. Prepared accomplishment report for periodic reviewed by the construction manager. • Other duties include, snagging reports, review as-built drawing and O&M Manual, performing other duties in relation to projects as requested by Project Manager.
