Scena 9, Scoala 9, Mindcraft Stories-raising awareness for the new generation of artists, teachers, students and parents-grew organically reaching 1.5/2+ million unique readers. ▪Created / developed a Public Affairs expertise within the bank (dedicated team & flow of interaction with governmental authorities & banking association). ▪Created one of the biggest corporate voluntary platforms-Ziua V-with 2k+ employees enrolled and able to meet nation-wide social causes they resonate with, hence mirroring the needs of communities. 50+ causes with direct impact on 10k+ people in 1 year.▪Established BRD Foundation–Fundatia 9, supporting the new generation of creators: Programs like Rezidenta BRD–cultural center with 150+ events/year or Cinema Fond Lucian Pintilie through which-for the first time in Romania-a patrimony movie was restored in digital format. ▪Built & grew the Antifraud Department as a pillar of control next to the other defense lines of the bank. ▪Relay between the bank and Amiable Solving Disputes Center (CSALB). Rate of amiable solution improved significantly.▪Reorganized Compliance structure.
