I like to define myself as a passionate and eclectic person, both in the workplace and in life. I am fully committed to what inspires me.In recent years, I created QWENDI, an online language learning platform that has become both my work and my passion. We teach languages and organize events and activities where students can meet and share their love for languages.Here are some of the tasks I manage:Designing website contentManaging WordPress and WooCommerceCreating didactic materials in English, Italian, and SpanishPublishing a blog and a section with downloadable academic resourcesActing as community manager, team leader, and event plannerFor over 15 years, I have worked as an English teacher and coach, overseeing a portfolio of about 200 students. In 2018, I was awarded the prize for Best Language Coach. I helped students achieve their goals daily, and in turn, I learned from them how to achieve mine.I love languages and working with them, as they are tools that allow me to constantly learn and improve, both personally and professionally.After graduating in Political Science and earning a Master’s Degree in Comparative Ethnic Conflicts at Queen's University in Belfast, I chose to focus on a European volunteering project for an NGO, which completely changed my life. This experience opened many doors for me. Subsequently, I started my teaching career, becoming a lecturer in Italian and Classical Studies at Queen's University, Belfast.I am a music lover, and my passions include boxing, biking, singing, and traveling—though I seem to discover a new one every day.
