Telos Impact is an impact advisory, supporting families, foundations and individuals with their impact investing and philanthropic goals. Telos Impact also acts as fund manager on environmental and circular economy themes.

Executing and monitoring a portfolio of private equity fund investments, mostly generalist SME funds across Africa between €50M and €500M total size.• Executing new investments: Support new business development through active follow-up on pipeline leads; Analyzing information memorandums and funding requests; Undertaking detailed prospects due diligence (on the ground); Obtaining internal approval and negotiating / finalizing contractual agreements; Structuring and negotiating terms and conditions of fund investments.• Monitoring: Reviewing fund performance; Participating in funds' advisory committee meetings, and maintaining client relationships and contact base. Advisory committee member in 3 funds.

• Supervising a portfolio of ~20 equity investments (directs & funds)• Reviewing company/funds' strategy, financial & operational performance• Benchmarking and fair market valuations exercises

International platform advocating women entrepreneurship worldwide. My main responsabilities included:• Managing cost and budgeting of day-to-day business activity;• Preparing weekly financial reports to Senior Management, including performance metrics that supported fundraising strategies from sponsors.

Supporting advisory work to French listed companies (CAC 40) on their financial communication strategy towards financial markets, investors and the general public. My main tasks consisted in:• Reviewing clients’ financial annual reports and drawing best practices;• Interviewing financial analysts and business journalists;• Preparing press kits, parliamentary watch and press releases.
