The Administration of the City of Biel/Bienne, and in particular the IT Department, has decided to concentrate on providing his customers with a professional project management team, in order to help them resolve problems and issues they are facing. The new team, made of PMs, BAs and AMs will provide customers solutions to fit their needs. An adequate Project Management Office (PMO) will be also set up. My role is to drive the transition from "software development team" to a "fully professional project management team". This will be a very exciting and interesting journey, I am really looking forward.

The CSS team (~ 15 IT talented professionals) is responsible for Clients, Servers and Services like Storage, Network, Communications (IP phones, mobile phones) and 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support.We make sure that the whole government administration can access, work and store data using the latest technology seamlessly. In addition to this, we drive infrastructure projects for all the other departments of the Administration, making sure the requirements are fully understood, met and reusable for everyone.Main achievements:- New storage solution (NetApp)- New backup solution (SnapProtect - Commvault Simpana)- New MDM solution in replacement of Blackberry (MobileIron)- New ticketing system (Request Tracker)- Renewal of the whole network infrastructure (Cisco)- Renewal of the printer infrastructure (wip)

During my activity at Symantec as TAM, I took care of strategic accounts in western Switzerland including the Swiss Government, Swisscom, Nestlé, United Nations (UNICC), the Swiss Postal Offices (Die Post), Swatch Group, Givaudan and several Private Banks in the Geneva area.I overachieved sales goals every single financial year and attended the Achievers Club 4 times in 5 years. I was deeply involved in sales successes in the whole Symantec portfolio, but especially in the Backup/Reste/Archive area. I greatly contributed to big sales wins (multi-million $) within customers I took care of and several of them ended up being public references and success stories.Awards:- Rookie of the year Central, 2009- Biggest Appliance deal EMEA, 2011- Nomination SE of the Year Central, 2012
