20+ ys experience in automotive R&D in OEM's of Stellantis group before joining Hyundai Motorsport in April 2019. A big part of my experience in R&D is about Safety and CAE. In recent years I became a Vehicle Integration Responsible (aka Vehicle Engineering Leader in other OEM’s). I led a team made of attribute leaders (including weight management), Packaging leader, BOM team and Homologation experts, when I was working in the Alfa Romeo Giulia project, proving my leadership once more. I started my career as a FEA Safety Engineer, later I became CAE manager in the development of aluminum spaceframes of Ferrari granturismo's. CAE general manager of FIAT decided my promotion to Unit Manager of Crash FE simulations of FIAT R&D center in South Italy. This experience gave me sound knowledge about architecture and materials and the opportunity to learn how to manage people within a big organization. I deep dived into FMVSS 201 U safety regulation (mostly about interior upper trims) and complied several models, among which Maserati Quattroporte and Ghibli, Jeep Renegade and FIAT 500 X. In 2015 I became Integration Responsible of mini's Architecture in FCA, in HQ of FIAT in Turin. In April 2017 I became Vehicle Integration Responsible of Alfa Romeo Giulia at Maserati (Modena) until April 2019.
