Developer of strategies for international expansion from Poland to the markets of Mexico and the Netherlands

- I had a summer internship inside the marketing and communication department in Tec de Monterrey. - My responsibility was to support the communication department by creating designs, and social media and multimedia content.- I developed the skills I had in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro, and gained a few new in these.- I also had the opportunity to work as a photographer in some summer events, including a graduation.

Storytellers is a national program from Tec de Monterrey that offers students the opportunity to work under their brand by creating social media, visual and audiovisual, and journalistic content.Key roles:- Interview and write about the best stories of my campus published in Conecta, Tec de Monterrey's official news website.- Event coverage in photography, video, Instagram stories, and Twitter and Facebook posts.- Video editing about informative and entertaining topics that involved video summaries, promotional videos, and national campaigns.- Community manager for my university's social media.- Social media content design and creation using Adobe Illustrator.

As part of my bachelor in International Business, I had the opportunity to study and work with a company in a different kind of semester called “Semestre i.” What is a “Semestre i”?- It’s a program of the Tec21 Educational Model, in which Tec de Monterrey professional students strengthen and develop their competences through experiential learning experiences. During an academic semester, they face one or more challenges with companies.What was my “Semestre i” about? - My semester was named “Regional Market Analysis” and consisted on working with Rancho El 17, a Mexican company that produces and commercializes beef.- The challenge was to develop an international business strategy to export two of their products abroad (to Europe in my case).- Also, this challenge was divided into two parts. The first one consisted on a PESTLE analysis and the selection of a regional market; and the second one on analyzing the competitiveness of the industry on the selected regional market and its negotiation techniques.Key learning skills:- Enhanced skills such as leadership, teamwork, report writing, and qualitative and quantitative research analysis.- Learned to use the following IT tools: Euromonitor International, Passport, Trade Map, Market Access Map, and Trade Wizards.- Worked with Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Docs and Google Slides for collaborative purposes. - Trained to communicate verbally and non-verbally in the most adequate manner to present my results to Rancho El 17’s board of directors and members.

"Casa de las ideas" is a local online magazine that publishes essays, columns, and articles about any topic.Key roles:- Worked as a writer in a subgroup named "Voz joven" or "Young voice."- Wrote essays, columns or articles about a free topic once a month.Key accomplishments:- Created and managed social media profiles in Facebook and Instagram for our subgroup.- Designed digital content each week for people to enter the magazine and read our different written publications.
