As a Planning Intern, I am involved in various critical tasks that contribute to the success of hillside residential land development projects. My role includes conducting property research, managing project documents, and assisting in the preparation of civil engineering proposals and work orders(WO). Additionally, I collaborate closely with senior engineers to support the drafting and review of CAD designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards. This internship provides me with hands-on experience in the civil engineering field, particularly in the specialized area of hillside development, and is helping me build a solid foundation for my future career.
