CurrentI lead the definition of data products, from discovery to delivery, managing the roadmap and backlog prioritization, with a focus on strategic credit initiatives, serving areas such as CRM, Collections, Commercial, Products, Controllership, and Credit Decision. My goal is to ensure that the solutions are aligned with the needs of these areas.Main Achievements and Areas of Focus:Product Lead in the implementation of IFRS9 (Bank and Consortium) in the Data Lake House (Azure), conducting the gathering of technical requirements and prioritization of activities to meet the Central Bank's regulatory requirements. This is an international regulatory framework that, through data science and modeling, aims to implement concepts such as Probability of Default (PD), Loss Given Default (LGD), and Expected Credit Loss (ECL).I work closely with the client's strategic areas, leading discovery, hypothesis gathering, refinement, and planning for the development of predictive models in credit, payroll-deductible loans, and insurance.I lead the discovery process and the implementation of AI and Machine Learning initiatives in internal products, such as Intelligent Credit Offering, Next Best Offer, Collection Score, Financial Health of Groups, and Pricing. I conducted market research and internal analyses that generated valuable insights for implementing initiatives aimed at improving the experience of the involved areas.I am responsible for activity prioritization, together with the Project and Data Engineering teams, collaborating in the migration from the Data Warehouse to the Data Lake House (Azure).I implemented a workflow driven by agile methodologies such as SAFe, Lean Inception, and Scrum, as well as the RACI Matrix, with the goal of reducing the time between new demand requests and execution by 30%.
