The Matrix Project offers an immersive and innovative approach that, coupled with mentoring and learn-by-doing concepts, allows a group of Information Technology students to experience various real-life situations in the software development sector. Participants are constantly encouraged to think entrepreneurially and challenged to seek creative and innovative solutions to real problems. The Matrix Project is completely free and was developed by the UnicariocaDev group, which strongly believes in the transformative power of knowledge in building a better world. During the project, we used the agile Scrum methodology for system development and people management. Among the participants, I was unanimously elected to the position of Scrum Master, where I bridged the gap between the Product Owners (who were also mentors) and the testing and development team, assisted in task distribution and problem management, and contributed to the technical aspect by collaborating on the development of the proposed system.
