Starting in the optical industry I have grown toward management positions firstly in the Operations area of a contact lenses multinational company (HYDRON) and then in the IT&Serv industry working almost ten years for Microsoft. I took part in the very fast growth of the italian subsidiary (24 to 240) participating actively in several international projects teams in my areas of competence. I left Microsoft in 1997 as "Director of HR, Facilities&General Services, IT" to move on and enlarge my views, knowlegde and skills creating from scratch some new companies (total revenue 2M€ - main one: OnCallEurope >> IT SME sales, sys integrator & services). In 2009 I moved into Consulting with Esseitalia, in the Automotive Industry.
