Operativa is specialized in the administrative and financial management of health plans, acting as an intermediary between operators and clients to ensure the efficient functioning of the health services offered.My Contribution at Operativa Administradora de Planos de Saúde:I conceived and developed all systems at Operativa, with the highlight being the Autorizador, a service developed in Oracle APEX and PL/SQL that propelled the company in the healthcare market. This system allows real-time analysis and visualization of medical procedure requests and executions, being used by major health insurance operators in Brazil, such as Bradesco Saúde, Golden Cross, and Porto Seguro. Processing authorization rules in milliseconds, the Autorizador has been used by over 15,000 providers, benefiting around 2 million people.In addition:* I administered and optimized 10 Oracle Standard Edition instances, developing an asynchronous data replication system between databases in different states, enabling failover when necessary.* I developed a medical auditing system for PalmOS, which allowed medical auditors to audit patients of health plans hospitalized in hospitals. This system won the CONBRASS 2007 (Brazilian Congress of Health Systems Audit) award.* I implemented a JAVA service for real-time analysis of billing from the ANS TISS (National Supplementary Health Agency's TISS) files sent by healthcare providers.* I developed a health plan management system in Delphi for the Albert Einstein Israelite Institute, a renowned healthcare institution in Brazil.

As a side project, I founded SmartClin, a management system for medical clinics and practices.
