With over a decade of experience in additive manufacturing (AM), I am the founder and CIO of ADD-ASTRA, a company that develop innovative AM solutions and materials for aerospace industry. I have a degree in chemistry and multiple certifications and publications in tecnopolymers and meta-materials, quality control, and other related topics. My mission is to leverage the potential of AM to deliver high-performance, cost-effective, and sustainable products that meet the needs and expectations of our clients.I also contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the AM sector in Italy, as an innovation manager for AM at the Ministry of Economic Development (MISE) and as a technical and sales manager and AM specialist at Controllo Qualità Srl. I develop and implement strategies, policies, and projects that support the AM ecosystem, working with different stakeholders and partners to foster collaboration, innovation, and problem solving. I also provide technical and sales expertise and guidance to Controllo Qualità Srl and its customers, offering quality control and testing services for industrial products. I enjoy working in AM, as it allows me to apply my chemistry background, my problem solving skills, and my passion for new challenges.
