I’m an innovation management professional with a strong C-Level consulting experience in structured organizations, which represent my natural partner.I apply ISO 56000 Standards for managing innovation to my daily activities, since I strongly believe they are an indisputable working framework for me and for any organization aiming at innovation management excellence.I believe the international Standards represent a key asset for management culture development. For this reason, I actively participate to national and international standardization through working groups UNI/CT 016/GL 89 "Gestione dell'innovazione" and ISO/TC 279/WG 1 "Innovation management system". I’m actively engaged into the development of a healthy culture of innovation management in Italy, both in daily business and through the Innovation Management Forum and the Observatory of Italian Innovation Management, initiatives I brought to life and manage the scientific direction.I’m the founder and CEO of Lapetre, the innovation management competence center in Italy.My academic background belongs to mechanical engineering, enriched with an international Master of Business Administration.
