I set up branded to help create brand through design for new businesses looking to get off to a professional start or experienced outfits looking for a refresh.

I host and produce a podcast about branding called The Branded Podcast. I interview guests from the creative industry.

I manage the main Bridgend College website, as well as other associated College sites, ensuring written and visual content is engaging, up-to-date and accurate. I ensure the sites are optimised for mobile and desktop, and content is fully optimised for SEO.I lead the development and launch of a new College website in November 2022. This involved working closely with an external partner as well as a number of internal colleagues and students.I make sure the College website and other digital platforms are on brand and use the correct identity strands of the college.I proactively identify opportunities to develop and enhance content to help promote the College’s courses, initiatives or services. I work with colleagues within the Marketing Team to ensure the maximum performance of digital advertising campaigns. I use data to produce frequent insights reports for senior management.I oversee the College’s internal staff intranet/portal, with responsibility for content and structure to maximise user engagement.I delivered a new staff intranet, working with a 3rd party for a better communication solution.I lead the Marketing Team on project work as and when necessary.

I was responsible for marketing a number of interrelated business areas within Awen Cultural Trust and Awen Trading Ltd, using traditional and digital marketing methods, public relations and other communications activities.

I lead on branding, creative communications and events during my time at Valleys to Coast. As lead designer and brand champion for the organisation I worked with a branding agency to implement a rebrand. I executed the new brand across the organisation by redesigning internal and external artwork from presentations reconstruction hoarding to social media assets.

Working closely with all areas of the organisation and Google Partner to support and steer a shift from Microsft Office to G Suite. Aspects of the role include project managing, communicating, prioritising, and delivering on time. The role also sees me prepare regular reports and presentations for Senior Management and Programme Boards.
