As part of the MDM team, I'm responsible for implementing new features and improvements regarding device management for Apple devices, such as:- Expanding control options for existing management profiles, bulk operations and other end-user applications.- Implementing support for new configuration profiles, MDM commands and payload options prior to new iOS and macOS releases.- Refactoring of existing modules to improve scalability, security and flexibility of use.- Helping other teams during the early development stage of newer Mosyle products.- Bug fixing and minor UI improvements.

Coordinated the support/infrastructure team responsible for the computer labs in the CS Department, which includes 200 workstations used daily by students and professors from various departments. Also responsible for training interns and new hires, as well as supporting upper management with decision making related to technical topics.

Responsible for deployment and maintenance of the CS labs workstations, using technologies such as R-Drive, Sysprep, Hiren Tools, etc. I was also trained and provided assistance for tasks related to the network server infrastructure (Debian Linux / Windows Server) used to provide DHCP services, user directory access (OpenLDAP), file servers and application licensing servers.
