I have always seen the world with a curious eye. Ever since I got my first camera, I wanted to be able to bring people to the places I have been and see the beauty that is around them. in 2004, I decided to try and grow my passion for photography. I would take pictures of sunsets, light houses and so on, but felt they could have been better. So, over the years, I studied on how to compose images, different lighting techniques, and post production techniques. I have photographed weddings, seniors, children and families while still keeping my love for nature and world that people tend to take for granted in mind.Today, I still have the philosophy of trying to keep learning. I keep looking for new avenues to explore, but Artistic Photography has taken a strong focus in my camera. It my be the simple, it may be the complex, but to find the beauty in everything and everyone that I shoot is at the center of each of my images. I hope you enjoy what you see. Responsible for the stability of the council. This included leading the chair officers in their duties with the financials, programs and membership of the council.

- Managed a group of (12) individuals when head section manager was absent or out of town. Tasks included running weekly status meetings, attending mid-managers meetings, submitting timesheets via SAP, and assisting with project issues as they arose.-Project lead on over 15 projects from small retrofits to new distribution centers up to $15M and assisted on up to (20) other projects in various capacities. Utilized various software packages to complete project tasks. These include AutoCAD, SAP, and Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Project- Mechanical project lead in charge coordinating a team of up to (8) mechanical engineers that assembled the CAD details, order entry, and commissioning of the projects as well as monitoring the overall financial status of each project and reporting that status to management weekly.- Member of a team that investigated various ways for the company to become more efficient and cost conscious. Areas of investigation included, but were not limited to, an in-depth cost analysis on existing product lines, determination of the effectiveness of process efficiencies, and new design concepts which resulted in a short-term savings of over $4M. Cost savings data, tracking information, status reports, and executive presentations were prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project and Visio. Data acquisition was done by using SAP, PMC (Program Management Central), and Microsoft Access tools designed by Dematic Corp.- Prepared Business Process Maps using Visio that were sent for review by executive management improve the overall process flow within each department.- Created documentation for Engineering staff on Customer Standards across multiple product lines as well as for project archival processes. Also developed documentation for Equipment List Manager (ELM) functionality for specific customers that were granted access to the ELM system.
