I have plenty of experience in the areas of business development and account management. Most importantly, I like to connect with people and throughout my career, communication and connecting for me has been paramount in any success and growth.Previous roles, which included implementing strategies based upon data collection and data analysis have been extremely valuable, however, these experiences do fall a distant second to being able to listen and understand the challenges experienced by my clients communicating directly with me.I place an emphasis on delivering sensible long term solutions for my clients. This is initially achieved by building partnerships through broad open communication and being honest. Further, I rely often on my experience and knowledge gained during my early career based in coaching and performance development where leadership and effective two way communication is essential.Lastly, I can share that interacting with my young daughter at the end of each day reminds me that listening is more important than talking.
