As such, the PM shall have full authority to act for GAP Solutions on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract.Duties and Responsibilities: Overall responsibility over plans, strategies, employee management, and monitoring and controlling activities to effectively support the Army H2F program and stakeholders at all locations.-Serve as the main, customer point of contact with the COR, Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) leadership, and stakeholders at Army installations.-Provide support for development and execution of contractor workforce to operate as integrated Brigade (BDE)-based team members.-Develop strategies for specialized H2F recruiting, credentialing, retention, and employee well-being initiatives and maintain, update, and monitor their effectiveness.-Oversee and direct recruitment and screening process to t ensure all certifications and credentials are valid, current, and fulfill customer requirements prior to onboarding.-Establish and maintain an effective quality control program to ensure services are performed in accordance with task order requirements.-Generate and submit a Monthly Status Reports (MSR) through the Human Resource Solutions portal each month and other deliverables as needed.-Work with corporate resources and functional departments to ensure effective delivery in services including recruitment, human resources, quality assurance, and contracts.Direct subcontractor points of contact and effective oversight of subcontractor workforce.
