With more than 25 years of experience in sustainability, public affairs, marketing, and corporate communications, I have a proven track record of delivering business results and managing stakeholder relations across diverse industries and geographies.In my current role, I lead the development and implementation of VELUX's external relations and sustainability strategy, aligning it with the company's vision, values, and goals. I also oversee the communication and engagement with key external stakeholders, such as media, policy makers, NGOs, customers, and partners, to enhance VELUX's reputation and influence. Previously, I was the Vice President of Marketing, Communication, and Sustainability at FLSmidth, where I launched MissionZero, a game-changing initiative to deliver zero emission technology to the mining and cement sectors by 2030. I have also held senior positions at the International Copper Association, Danfoss, and Novozymes, leading global teams and projects in public affairs, sustainability, and energy. I hold an MA in communication from Roskilde University, Denmark, an Executive Scholar degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT.
