Program manager for the digital paradigm shift in both Sorø and Ringsted Municipalities. The position is shared between the two municipalities, which have entered a strategic collaboration on digitalization.The paradigm shift is a completely new approach to digitalization and intends to create a major cultural change in both organizations. We create portfolio and contract management, PMO and create a detailed overview of both municipalities' IT systems, a digital map. In addition, we work with digital management and the introduction of a digital mindset among managers. We take ownership of our business back to the organization. We take responsibility for the development of the business, including processes, workflows and IT support. We use the common municipal framework architecture as the basis for our IT development and focus on IT being an integrated part of our business support. As a program manager, it is my task to formulate the vision, goals and process, in collaboration with the two organizations, anchored in a strategic program management. Been a key contributor to communication and broadcasting in KOMBIT, including the idea maker behind the portfolio overview via kombit.dk, annual overview to the municipalities about their involvement in KOMBIT, as well as several other communicative initiatives, including the Municipalities' KOMBIT Day, concept for project playbooks and much more.In addition I was engaged as an advisor to several municipalities in relation to strategy and organizational development, both at strategic and tactical level.

Acted as advisor in the transfer of the Umbrella project from EG to KOMBIT. Responsible for municipal connection to the project, ranging from originally 34 to 76 municipalities. Acted as an advisor and partner for the project manager in relation to the structure and structure of Umbrella, business models, communication, solution descriptions, etc.

The solutions were to be developed and operated by the other market players.34 municipalities chose to join Umbrella. For the municipalities, a steering committee was appointed, with the participation of KL (Kommunernes Landsforening). The steering committee was responsible for the selection of the final solutions.12 solutions were selected, including digital relocation, digital building application, a self-service platform and more.Phase 2 of the project, the realization of the solutions, stopped with the formation of KOMBIT, after which all activities were moved to KOMBIT.
