CurrentAs Lead Consultant in Team Web & Marketing, I focus on helping our banks leverage the new CMS platform we are providing.Key contributions:- Drove the strategy and POC process that has led us to migrate Bankdatas and the banks' websites to a new Headless CMS platform with awesome performance and low time to market. We aim to build Denmark's best and fastest financial marketing platform. - Making content editors thrilled and much less stressed, as well as enabling new content contributors through a time-saving and effortless editor experience with minimal workflows.- Migrated our comprehensive measuring framework from Google Analytics to Matomo and Piwik Pro.- Quality-assured markup, including structured data, to ensure the best outcomes for SEO, Accessibility, and UX.Current focus:Monitoring websites with Google Search Console, SE Ranking, ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Cookie information, Matomo, and more, I help uncover technical issues, opportunities for keywords, lead generation, and improvement of user journeys and functionality.Results: Various initiatives that have improved UX, visibility, ranking, and conversion.Contributing as an Accessibility Specialist, I am working with core teams to institutionalize accessibility practices in Bankdata through education, processes, tooling, and reporting that will lift the accessibility maturity in teams and across the organization.Results: High awareness of the need to shift accessibility left, clarity of the change management process, and a roadmap to compliance.Continuously expanding on our GDPR-compliant and privacy-safe data collection setup (alternative to Google Analytics) that combines performance and behavior data across multiple channels.Result: We provide data and actionable insights to key stakeholders, from dev teams and UX to marketing, sales, and management.
