I worked as a presale technical consultant supporting the partner channel primarily in the Nordics, but was also helping out on a European level.My responsibility was to provide technical sales support, training and assists with design and installation support when the partner faced a complex IT infrastructure or customer, through my work with enterprise customers, I have acquired skills to design and implement a software solution into complex IT environments.I supported the partners on a daily technical and with sales support. I also conducted numerous training sessions for partners helping them selling and implementing software solutions from Nuance. I was a big part of building the Nuance brand within the Nordic and European region within the partner channel. To support the Nuance product range, I gained skills working with Microsoft SQL servers, so I can write T-SQL statements, work with triggers, stored procedures and views. I also got experiences integrating third-party products with Microsoft Active Directory, I understand the structure of the AD using OUs and security groups and how they can be used when working with software solution. I also gained skills on how to distribute settings, printers and applications using GPOs to workstation clients.I also have a very good understanding on how a Microsoft cluster is working and gained skills on how to implement a software solution within a VMware environment.

I primarily worked supporting HP Service Desk products based on the ITIL principles. My role was to provide technical support, ensuring that the setup of the Service Desk products was matching the customer requirements/needs using workflows rooted in the ITIL framework.At Promentek I learned how to use ITIL with real customers, so when implementing a software solution into bigger corporation, I can now ensure a smooth implementation within the ITIL framework.

I had my own company, where I help my partners when they needed help to install various software solutions at their customers like Equitrac and RightFax.

I began at IKON Office Solutions as a network technician, where my work in the beginning was to connect multifunctional devices machines on to the customer networks for scanning and printing usage.I later became training manager, where I was responsible for all technical training. Here I helped to establish an educational system that would ensure all technicians had the right skills for the products they were assigned to work on.I then became an IT consultant where I was technically responsible for the support of various software solutions. I was in this period part of building the sale of software solutions from nothing to a major line of business. My role was to be technically responsible for solutions, but also to be a big part of the sales process by helping with tender bids, design and installation of software solutions.I here worked with software solutions like: Equitrac, SafeCom, Objectif Lune PlanetPress, NSI AutoStore and RightFax. I learned how to work with different printer languages like PCL, Postscript etc. and to configure a printer to use either the LPR/LDP or RAW printing protocol. I know how to write and store PCL Macros on print devices and how they are called through either a PJL command or escape sequence embedded within the print stream.
