I have an education as Bachelor of Science in Engineering from 1993.In my whole career I have worked with Software development – in the beginning as Programmer and later on as Project- and Team-leader.Since 2009 I have worked with SCRUM as the agile SW development model and with success I have had responsibility for different projects both as SCRUM Master and SCRUM Product Owner as well as more ‘traditional’ Project manager and therefore I have a natural workflow in prioritization, planning and follow up on concrete tasks.As project- and team leader I have practical experience with the different aspects in leadership such as Situational Leadership, Coaching and Negotiation Technique, and generally I have an appreciative and delegating style of leadership.To me it is easy to communicate with different interested parties and I like to involve immediate customers and interested parties in the decision-making and task prioritization for instance by use of a Steering Group.As leader I have practical experience with leadership of remote SW development teams / offshore development across national borderlines and I am used to communicate in English both in speech and writing.I have experience with and like to conduct communication of information for example as lectures, supervision or education.Furthermore, I have as Development Manager experience in building and commercial evolvement of a development department, among other things, with the establishment of network of consultants for specific customer projects.Do not hesitate to contact me: +45 2073 0370Specialities: SCRUM, Project- & Team Leader, Offshore Software Development
