My strong point is bridging business, strategy, IT, and people. I excel when change is on the agenda and I can use my experience to shape new processes, new organizations, build new competencies or developing new solutions. I have solid experience with digital transformation, change management, project management and account management. In my leader roles I have built organizations, optimized organizations and managed organizations with P&L responsibility. I have led large and small organizations and project/programs, and I have solid experience in senior leadership positions where I led other leaders.
