My department makes sure that there is implementation coherency between the strategic business/product decisions and the ability for the organization to successfully implement the low level datacenter design. When the talk subsides, this is the team that gets the job done.My daily tasks are wide-ranging, but in brief, the resource allocation for projects, following up on our supplies / projects as well as the ongoing development of the business concepts and services. My primary tasks can I include mention:- Daily management and coaching of a number of highly qualified consultants, pre-sales and product managers.- Personnel Management includes target agreements, performance evaluation, salary negotiation, performance appraisals and training plans- Budget Responsibility for consultants' marketing department expense budget and booking levels of our consultants- Resource Planning, participation in the project and steering groups, and evaluation of projects / supplies- Cooperation with manufacturers and vendors will have to develop skills so as to ensure safety relevant certifications degrees obtained.- Concept and Business Development- Negotiation, procurement and management of subcontractor / resources- Close cooperation with our sales organizations to ensure mutual alignment of expectations of our deliveries- Reporting and presentation of the department's budget, TARGET / DB and goals for the business unit's management- Starring in the technical sales and advisory process for our customers- Technical advice and preparation of high-level solution design incl. time- and cost estimation
