I am a very positive minded, energetic and motivated individual who graduated from Brazosport College with my Associate's of Applied Science specializing in Chemical Process Technology in December of 2013. I hired into Dow in January 2014 where I worked at an Olefins unit. During my time at Dow I had many major accomplishments with a steam turbine to electric motor conversion, being the focal point of furnace recoils, being sent to a different site to support a turnaround and revising the Hot Work policy being a few of them.Since joining Freeport LNG in 2019, I have been the operations focal point for commissioning of Train 3, I made multiple suggestions to management on ways to improve our safety processes and clarify discrepancies within multiple of our different safety and permitting policies. I was also asked to focal point a flare repair project, which dealt with sending personnel in suits into a live flare field to make repairs. Some of my key strengths include: excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities and a passion for safety.
