Project management: Since 04/2009, leading the integration project of the central printing systems in Česká pojišťovna and Generali Pojišťovna. The project scope covers migration of all (100+) the Generali document templates into PrintNet system, complete reengineering of the data exports from VIAS and SYNPAC insurance systems, transfer to the new printing provider, creation of new SLA and related activities (project planning, leading steering committees ...). Tight cooperation with Quality Assurance, Development and Support & Services teams.- Reporting, analyzing, solving and verification of issues; advanced usage of an issues tracking system.- Reporting, analysis and implementation of the user requests and new feature requests related to documentation.- Implementation of a new documentation system based on the XML data format.- Creation of the documentation (for more than 10 products, up to 2000 pages of the documentation per product).
