Conducted research on alumni and other donors via the internet. I routinely found new addresses and phone numbers for individuals and organizations. In addition, I tracked employment of those concerned, as well as marriages, divorces, name changes, and deaths. Conducting this research has given me experience with various types of databases and data entry. I have also gained experience in presenting my findings to those who request it professionally and concisely. This work had a large amount of office support responsibilities integrated within it. In addition, I have gained some experience in etiquette with external stakeholders.

Served as assistant to department secretary and chemistry and physics professors by performing duties, such as record keeping, making copies, answering phones, assisting students, troubleshooting equipment, and other clerical duties.

Served as assistant to school bookkeeper as well as all school administrators in the process of paying bills, collecting revenues, making financial decisions, reconciling paperwork, and representing the student body. This position also included a large amount of routine clerical work.
