I first started working in hospitality as a server and soon developed the skills to operate any front of house department.I’ve worked for Raymond’s, an award-winning restaurant in St. John’s NL, run the wine program at the Rideau Club, one of the country’s most prestigious private members clubs, and designed best selling holiday cocktail menus for the Fairmont Chateau Laurier. In any environment I combine an incredible memory, client empathy, and quick analytical mind to deliver outstanding customer experience, drive revenue growth, and build a loyal clientele.In my private consulting I am available to present wine tastings, train staff, design cocktail menus, help you manage your wine cellar, and plan the dinner you've been putting off.
