Relatively straight forward project with couple minor challenges as to be expected. project completed with 0 recordable HSE. 136 critical path hours and 0 hours non protective time. All in all a great result for all involved.

Based onshore in the vendors facility it was my responsibility to insure Subsea operations were planned meticulously, sound operational procedures were in place, and being followed, liaising with those responsible for the timely delivery of Subsea equipment and materials to insure operations would not be effected. When problems were encountered offshore it was the client rep on-board the rigs responsibility to notify me of the problem. It was my responsibility to resolve the problem in a way that would create the lest (NPT) Non productive time, insure the issue was reported and follow up on the investigation into the problem and make change to reduce the likelihood of a repeat of a similar situation. I reported to Subsea Manager and worked along side the Drilling Superintendents. I was Superintendent for both AKPO and USAN fields which was designed to support >100 production and injection wells.During my time on these projects our Subsea team completely rewrote the way in which subsea equipment was being run and drastically reduced the cost of running subsea equipment by running equipment off a support vessel and flowing wells back to FPSO for clean up rather then to the rig.
