- Pump Station and Pipeline Design Experience - I have a designed pump and pipeline systems for multiple mine sites including a seepage water system with multiple pump stations connecting to common header pipe. I have written multiple hydraulic design reports and prepared figures for client deliverables.- Hydraulic Modelling Experience - I have a wide range of hydraulic/hydrological modelling experience including InfoWater/Surge, InfoSewer, Bentley Hammer, KYPipe/Surge, HEC-HMS as well as EPANET. Additionally, I have created custom hydraulic analyses using MathCAD to calculate open-channel flow hydraulics in pipes flowing at any depth.- ArcGIS/AutoCAD Civil 3D Experience - I have extensive ArcGIS experience including creating drainage basin figures, custom FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Maps, merging shapefiles of soil types and irrigated crop types as well creating 3D surfaces and grading natural gas drill pad sites in AutoCAD Civil 3D.- Microsoft Excel VBA Experience - I have built a variety of different models using VBA, including mass balance (advection and diffusion) using numerical integration, nutrient/food-chain and predator-prey dynamics in a lake system, pipeline system curve generator using coding loops and Excel solver applications in VBA, as well as a Monte-Carlo probabilistic model to estimate the dissolved oxygen of a river with varying waste water loading rates and stream flow rates.

- Wrote successful USAID grant proposal for US$ 2,000 to fund 135 household water line connections from the main line to a valve box. Managed and organized project collaboratively with community members;- Mapped district wide gravity water distribution system with handheld GPS devices, created EPANET model of the system and wrote technical report for partial fulfillment of a Master's Report at Michigan Technological University;- Trained community members in personal health/hygiene, home water treatment techniques, and barriers to water-related diseases to promote community health;- Supervised community sewer and oxidation pond construction including pipeline placement, soil mixtures and compaction for the pond, as well as assisted in surveying using a theodolite, level and tape measure.

- Researched how Darcy hydraulic conductivity meter works in theory, purchased materials, and built an apparatus that could be used to calculate the hydraulic conductivity of a soil sample for a client;- Wrote a technical brief explaining the theory, methods used, testing procedure, and the results to present to the client in an engineering report.- Programmed Excel model to account for reservoir storage, water treatment plant inflows/outflows, system losses, and wastewater inflows/outflows for a municipal water and wastewater system;- Estimated domestic demand to perform a water balance for the system;- Digitized irrigated parcel map from satellite photos;- Created merged GIS shapefiles of crop and soil types to calculate aggregated model input data for crop consumptive use model;- Calculated the weighted average available water-holding capacity for the irrigation sub-systems based on soil and crop types, as well as irrigated areas for each canal.
