A Secondment position to run the first Superstore for The Air Ambulance Service. I loved this position and it gave me valuable experiences even though I was only there for three months.

I was promoted from Assistant manager at Belper to store manager at Melbourne. I assisted with the store set up and the recruitment of volunteers and my own Assistant Manager. Whilst at the store I also assisted the area manager on the wider estate of shops. After ten months I moved to another new store in Allenton as this promised to be a busier store.

After six months I was successfully promoted to Shop Manager of a new store in Melbourne.
