The output was a precise listing of all data center hardware and correlation mapping. This became the sole source for all information pertaining to any equipment/application residing in test, development and production data centers. Allocated budget for this project was $2,500.Constructed and managed enterprise wide Backup and Storage System as well as a defined BAS process. The output of this project was a centralized backup and recovery system for all of Comcast’s crucial telecommunication data. Allocated budget for this project was 2.8 million.Managed system design and maintenance for Data center environmental controls. The output of this project was control of the data center including humidity, water leakage, UPS and generator power management, site layout management, and vendor management of the various teams involved. Allocated budget was $950,000.Implemented 5+ infrastructure build outs to accommodate new business applications.Conducted step by step PMI procedures from start to finish for every project managed.
