- Assist account executives and the entire wholesale team by communicating with clients and creating excellent customer service.- Manage and create buy books that match the aesthetic of the brand in order to give stores and buyers a visual of the collection.- Manage incoming and outgoing samples going to and from Paris, in order to operate a smooth and timely sample trafficking process.- Create and present slideshows at in store clinics as well as merchandise new collections.- Create and send weekly shipping reports for top clients.

- Join the buyers for market appointments as well as analyze what to buy for the stores and online.- Assist with the purchasing process including submitting purchase orders and creating style numbers.- Strategize the best ways to promote the business by working and collaborating with other teams such as creative and web merchandising.

- Assist in scheduling market appointments and managing seating for runway shows.- Support the Fashion Office team in production of the season’s promotional mailer and creating look books as well as editorial advertising campaigns to be featured on the Barneys website.- Assist on the set of photoshoots to ensure that planned looks are being executed correctly along with tracking and organizing all vendor samples.- Participate in style outs, create and analyze trend reports and present them to the buying team to promote the purchase of on trend merchandise.- Attend meetings with the buying, creative and web teams to discuss how to collaborate and work across teams.

Grethen House provides streetwear and contemporary apparel to a high-end market with designers such as Maison Margiela, Sea NY, Isabel Marant, Public School and Comme des Garçons.-Strategize in meetings as part of the creative team, discussing customer statistics, and new products which results in rolling out new ideas into the store-Communicate with designers and showrooms about orders, damages, and product details to resolve product issues-Visually merchandise each web page to look well done and take part in managing the e-commerce website through shopify in order to represent the brand and to keep our values consistent -Manage incoming orders by putting together spreadsheets detailing when they are expected and the costs as well as proficiently receiving, pricing, tagging and steaming newly delivered pieces-Pack online orders with attention to detail and with company branding along with handwriting a personal note to each online customer showing them how we value our relationships with them-Assist in photoshoots by creatively styling the model and putting the images online to showcase new products-Shadow buyers to gain a better knowledge of budgeting and understanding client trends-Assist in social media posting to promote new arrivals when needed
