One of my main highlights of this role was working with Jane Beirne to ensure that all of the pub managers had their National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders which they required to keep the pubs open. One of my main highlights of this role was working with Jane Beirne to ensure that all of the pub managers had their National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders which they required to keep the pubs open. I was responsible for ensuring that all necessary employees gained their National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders Certificate in time to gain their personal licence for when the licensing law changed. This was business critical as if the pub managers didn’t have a personal license the pub would not have been able to open. We also gained the highest grade for the British Institute of Inn Keeping Awarding Body audit visit. Show less
