A long time ago, in a land not too far away, I was running a successful business here in Knoxville, TN.This was just before Google Ads started. I was a pretty good copywriter and even came in 2nd in the National Sales Letter Contest by Dan Kennedy a few years later, so I knew I had that part down but needed to learn how to use Google Ads.Fortunately for me, back then, almost every Google ad worked. Some businesses got wind that I knew how to do Google ads and boom; I had a marketing agency. Their ads were awesome, bringing in a ton of business.Fast forward a few years, and Facebook started implementing ads. Back then, they were only on desktop and only on the right side of the page. Some of my clients asked me if I could start doing Facebook ads for them as well. Immediately said no and that Facebook ads wouldn't work because it is interruption advertising instead of intent like Google.Boy, was I wrong!!!A month later, one of my clients asked me if I could recommend someone to do their Facebook ads, and I said, "Oh, you're going to pay someone else to do it? No worries, I can do it."I put out a few ads, and wham, they started getting a ton of clients and were super excited. This all happened within the first little bit that Facebook allowed ads. However, I wanted a niche that was underrepresented and I thought about doing ads for coaches because I had a coach and could see the value.So, I was able to get a couple of really big names and got them started on Facebook ads, and they were able to make millions. I didn't really enjoy the mega clients, though, and wanted to help those coaches who were making money but not consistently and wanted to grow a sustainable, highly profitable business.That's when I created my Group Ads Accelerator system and gave coaches a way to get better leads and ideal clients.
