I have worked in property management since 2001, starting in a small RMCo focused business and then with 7 years working for OM - a business with its own freehold portfolio, as well as RMCo, RTM and Freeholder Clients. I left OM to take on an opportunity with Notting Hill Housing who were setting up their new Leasehold service; this opportunity led me to establish my company and to work as a Consultant. I enjoy trading staff, developing policies and procedures and I have spoken at conferences for CIH and for a group of RSL's.I have experience in managing new build developments, listed buildings as well as converted and purpose built residential blocks. I have also worked on mixed tenure schemes with commercial and social housing. I have managed large teams of staff, from experienced Property Managers, Regional Managers and on site Development Managers, cleaners and caretakers. I am able to lead a team and participate in a team but I am equally happy and motivated working alone. I have enjoyed working with Developer Clients including Barratts, Berkeley Homes & St George and with the New Business teams at OM & Notting Hill Housing on new schemes - giving consideration to lease clauses, scheme design, service charging and management expectations and services.I have a strong knowledge of Leasehold legislation and have acquired my IRPM professional qualifications and RICSAssoc. I have attended a number of LVTs.
