I am a personal trainer and nutrition coach with a wide variety of experience that is influenced by my background in professional dance. Something I love about this work is the opportunity to experience diverse groups; from the elderly, to special operations police, to different cultural backgrounds. This has helped me to develop an approach to movement and wellbeing that is accessible and inclusive for all, and I always aim to bring a creative flare to my coaching methods.
